Check Your Email!

Go to your inbox now, you should have an email from me, [email protected] with the subject line: “WooHoo You’re in! Client Xperience Architect details inside.

I’ll be sending you some email reminders to get you to take action on this workshop content. 

If you don’t find my email in your inbox or junk folder, email me so we can make sure you’ve got everything that you need to help you figure out your client onboarding

ON YOUR PHONE

Gmail

  1. Using the Gmail app, search and open an email from me. The sender email address will be from: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then tap on Report Not Spam and then go back to your inbox. 
  2. If the email from me isn’t in your Primary tab, then drag it over to the Primary tab. 
  3. Open the email and copy the email address: [email protected]
  4. Go back to your inbox. At the top right corner, tap on your profile.
  5. Tap on Manage Your Google Account. 
  6. Scroll across the tabs and tap on People & Sharing.
  7. In the Contacts section, tap on Contacts. 
  8. Tap the + sign at the bottom right corner & then tap Create a contact.
  9. Type in Virtual Duo for the name. 
  10. Then paste the email address from before & tap Save.

 

ON YOUR COMPUTER

Gmail

  1. On your computer, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then click on Report Not Spam and then go back to your inbox. 
  2. If the email from me isn’t in your Primary tab, then drag it over to the Primary tab. 
  3. Open the email.
  4. At the top left of the email, click on the sender name, Virtual Duo.
  5. In the top right corner of the box that pops up with the sender information, click on the icon with the plus and person (add to contacts).
  6. The icon will be replaced with a pencil.

ON YOUR PHONE OR TABLET

Apple Mail

  1. Using the Apple Mail app, open an email from me. The sender email address will be from: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as junk, then use the menu at the bottom to move the email back to your inbox. 
  2. Make sure the email from me is open and tap on the sender’s name at the top of the email until a new window pops up.
  3. Tap on Create New Contact. 
  4. Tap Done. 

ON YOUR PHONE OR TABLET

Yahoo

  1. Using the Yahoo Mail app open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then select the email and move it to your inbox.
  2. Tap the More option at the bottom of the app. 
  3. Tap on Contacts. 
  4. Tap the + at the top right corner. 
  5. For the name, type in Virtual Duo.
  6. Then add the email address: [email protected] and hit Save.

 

ON YOUR COMPUTER

Yahoo

  1. On your computer, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then click on Restore to Inbox and then go back to your inbox. 
  2. Click on the three dots at the top of the email next to the Spam and Delete buttons. 
  3. Click on Add Sender to Contacts.
  4. A Contact Details box will pop up on the right. Scroll down and click Save. 
  5. A notification will pop up that says Contact Updated.

ON YOUR PHONE OR TABLET

Outlook

  1. Using the Microsoft Outlook app, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then select the email using the menu at the bottom and move the email to your inbox.
  2. Making sure the email from me is open, tap on the circle icon indicating the sender. 
  3. Tap on Add to Contacts. 
  4. Tap OK to allow access and then tap Done.

 

ON YOUR COMPUTER

Outlook

  1. On your computer, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then click on It’s not junk at the top of the email and then go back to your inbox. 
  2. Click on the three dots (More Actions) at the top right of the email.
  3. Click on Add to Safe Senders.
  4. Confirm by clicking Ok.
  5. Click on the Settings icon (cogwheel) in the upper right-hand corner of your Outlook Inbox Homepage.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click on View all Outlook settings.
  7. Click Junk email and scroll down to Safe senders and domains.
  8. Click Add and type in [email protected]
  9. Tap enter and click Save at the bottom.

ON YOUR PHONE OR TABLET

Hotmail

  1. Using the Microsoft Outlook app, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then select the email using the menu at the bottom and move the email to your inbox.

  1. On your computer, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then click on It’s not junk at the top of the email and then go back to your inbox. 
  2. Click on the three dots (More Actions) at the top right of the email.
  3. Click on Add to Safe Senders.
  4. Confirm by clicking Ok.
  5. Click on the Settings icon (cogwheel) in the upper right-hand corner of your Outlook Inbox Homepage.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click on View all Outlook settings.
  7. Click Junk email and scroll down to Safe senders and domains.
  8. Click Add and type in [email protected]
  9. Tap enter and click Save at the bottom.

AOL

  1. Using the AOL app, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then select the email using the menu at the bottom and move the email to your inbox.
  2. Tap the AOL icon at the top left corner. 
  3. Tap on Contacts. 
  4. Tap the + sign at the top right. 
  5. Add Virtual Duo to your contacts with the email address: [email protected]
  6. Tap Save.

 

ON YOUR COMPUTER

AOL

  1. On your computer, open an email from me. The sender email address will be: [email protected]. Be sure to check both your inbox folder and junk or spam folder. If the email has been marked as spam, then select the email, click on More and then move the email to your inbox.
  2. Go to your inbox and open the email. 
  3. Click on the sender info at the top left of the email where it says Virtual Duo. 
  4. Click on Add Contact.
  5. Make sure name is filled in and click on Add Contact.

Your payment is complete, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. Log into your PayPal account to view transaction details.
