Acuity Scheduling (Now Squarespace Scheduling) is what we use and recommend. We will gladly create your account for you and set it up if we decide that this is the route to go.
If you would like to set up your account yourself, please consider using our affiliate link.
You do not have to create a Squarespace website but you will need to create a Squarespace account to access Squarespace Scheduling (formally Acuity Scheduling)
Acuity Forms

Acuity offers the ability to build custom forms to gather info from clients before they come in for their appointment.
They ask the basics — first name, last name, phone number, and email (these are key to organizing your client list and knowing where to send appointment notifications).
But any other questions are up to you!
Intake forms can only be filled out when an appointment is booked. They cannot be sent to clients independent of an appointment.

You can use Acuity for your T&C’s, Contracts and or waivers. We will add this to your account and attach it to the relevant appointment. If you have more than one agreement please clearly indicate which appointment each agreement you submit belongs to.

We can also set general availability for your whole calendar if your availability is the same for all your appointments.
